“CALL ME PAPA” is a Thai craft beer brand that launched at the end of 2022. The producer’s origins came from a mother who liked to drink beer. Started experimenting with brewing at home. until it was legally produced on a larger scale

The brand name came from the fact that he had a son and wanted to call him Papa. Currently, there are 3 flavors of products available on the market: “Call Me Papa Hazy Milkshake IPA,” “Call Me Papa Double Hazy IPA,” and “Call Me Mama Witbier.”

Call Me Papa Hazy Milkshake IPA

Has a strong fruity aroma and flavor. Soft to the touch and opaque. Medium bitterness is perceived. It is less bitter than traditional IPA and has an amber color. Rich hop aroma with light milk. (Contains lactose sugar) along with a fruity, very hoppy aroma, going towards tropical fruits such as oranges, grapefruits, and green limes. It has a medium malt flavor. Medium carbonation, smooth, no harshness, easy to drink.

Call Me Papa Double Hazy IPA

Double Dry Hops during the fermentation, from the beginning of the process and in the middle of the fermentation process, we use 100% Cryo Hops, which are special hops developed to get the highest aroma. And the flavor of the fruit is intense and smooth, with a moderate bitterness. The color is cloudy yellow. The hop aroma has tropical fruit tones such as mango, passion fruit, lychee, orange, grapefruit. It has a medium malt flavor. Moderate carbonation Along with blending with Call Me Papa’s unique yeast strain, this strain emphasizes fruit flavor and aroma. It has a sweetness that is not greasy. and designed to fit perfectly with the hops used

Starting from the thought We want to make beer for mom to drink! I didn’t hear anything wrong. Because my mother likes to drink beer a lot. You can drink it every day, several bottles a day, and since you were born, your mother has only drank a few brands that are available in the country. When we had the opportunity to drink beer from foreign countries, we felt the difference. There is a variety of flavors. Both color and scent So I thought I’d like to try it.

Since 2022, Call Me Papa’s products include both canned beer and draft beer. Produced at the Thai Spirit Industry Co., Ltd. factory, which is the only factory in Thailand that can produce products for sale legally. and continue to produce our products until now

We also open Callmepapa Brewhouse, which is a small, legal brewery (Brewpub) located at Ngamwongwan 25, Nonthaburi. Open since the end of 2022, selling draft beer in various styles such as American, German or Belgian, which will change styles every month. But it cannot be canned and sold outside the store.
